1 year + 302 days post-transplant

The last few weeks have been dominated by Angelina's 11+ exams, which are now thankfully over. Ava's hip X-Ray revealed no cause for concern and we are assuming that she had either knocked herself, or been holding herself awkwardly. She is no longer in pain or walking on the side of her foot, so this issue seems to have resolved itself. It's possible that Ava hurt herself on the loo, as she frequently slips sideways whilst struggling to balance herself. We have a home visit from the Westminster disabilities team this week, in the hope that they are able to suggest a better seat, as well as other equipment that might help her with day to day issues. We are also collecting Ava's orthotics on Wednesday, so all in all it should be a good week. Thanks to Ava at Daniel Galvin Jr. for keeping Ava's hair beautiful!
