Day +27

Today Ava awoke to a lovely note and some 'Frozen' stickers on the end of her bed from night nurse Federica. She has spent the entire day bouncing with energy and excitement. She ate and drank more than she has done in two and a half weeks. I can only attribute this upswing to the promise of Angelina visiting in a couple of days time. Her neutrophils are still steady at 100, but all of her other statistics are strong. It is still really early days in terms of recovery, so all is well.
