Today we had a special visitor. Our fantastic Chiropractor Jo O'Brien flew to Milan for the day to adjust all four of us! Jo has looked after us at the Berkeley Clinic in London for a few years now and has taken extremely good care of Ava since diagnosis, not only structurally but also with regular testing for nutritional needs. Jo, alongside Ursula Gateley from the Hale Clinic and Chris Astill-Smith at Epigenetics, helped keep Ava as strong as possible through the uncertain 9 month wait for news on whether she would be accepted for Gene Therapy. I have no doubt that this groundwork has also been instrumental in Ava's speedy recovery. I was so happy to see Jo today and she has given me just the boost I need to get me through another next 6 weeks here. Tonight we are all sitting straighter, digesting better and looking forward to a more comfortable night's sleep. Thanks a million Jo!
