'Walk of Life' in Milan

This morning Ava's Daddy, Sister, Grandma and Uncle Jim joined many of the doctors and nurses in the 'Telethon Walk of Life' 10k charity run, here in Milan. Foundazione Telethon are funding the Gene Therapy trial which Ava is participating in, so it was an excellent opportunity to show our appreciation for giving her this chance of life. As you can see, Telethon gave them some rather unique race numbers! Richard and Jim ran the course in 43 and 49 minutes respectively. Angelina chose to half run and half walk with Grandma and some of the wonderful friends we have made here (and wasn't timed). She and Richard were then honoured to be asked to present the female winner with her medal! We hope to be organising our own Archangel walk/run in London soon, do watch this space...
